Who you are contracting with
These terms constitute a contract between you and Perfect Swing, enskild firma, organisationsnummer 9204165998, operating as SwingCloud (admin@swingcloud.com).
What SwingCloud is
SwingCloud is an AI-powered golf swing analysis service. You upload a video of your golf swing and receive AI-generated coaching feedback identifying swing faults and recommending drills and exercises.

SwingCloud provides AI-generated coaching suggestions for educational and improvement purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional golf instruction, medical advice, or physical training guidance. SwingCloud and its operator accept no liability for physical injury or harm resulting from following drill or exercise recommendations. If you have a physical condition, consult a medical professional before performing exercises.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use SwingCloud. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to use your analyses. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Analyses — how they work
SwingCloud operates on an analysis-based credit system. Each analysis consumes one analysis credit from your balance. Credits are referred to as "analyses" in the app.
You receive 3 free analyses upon creating an account. Additional analyses are purchased in packs through Paddle.
Analyses never expire. Your purchased analysis balance remains available indefinitely regardless of account inactivity.
Payments and refunds
All payments are processed by Paddle.com who acts as Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract for payment purposes is with Paddle, not with SwingCloud directly.
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. However this right is waived once you have used any analyses from a purchased pack, as the digital service has begun. Unused analyses from a pack may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no analyses from that pack have been used — contact admin@swingcloud.com.
What you can upload
You may only upload videos that you have the right to use. You must not upload videos containing other people without their consent. You must not upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
What we do with your video
Your swing video is used solely to generate your coaching analysis. It is not used to train AI models, shared publicly, or used for any commercial purpose beyond providing your analysis. Videos are deleted after 90 days.
Bag Report
The Bag Report feature is unlocked when you have completed at least 2 analyses for each club in your bag (excluding putter). The Bag Report is generated using your historical analysis data and costs 1 analysis credit to generate. Reports are cached for 7 days — regenerating within 7 days of a previous report does not consume an additional credit.
Milestone rewards
The 50-analysis milestone grants 10 free analyses automatically. The 100-analysis milestone entitles you to a physical VIP gift sent by post. VIP gifts are subject to availability and SwingCloud reserves the right to substitute equivalent gifts. Physical gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data except payment records required by law. Analysis credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, SwingCloud's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for analyses in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, with Stockholm as the agreed jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before making material changes to these terms. Continued use of SwingCloud after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
